Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly, developing rapport by learning their names and preferences.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to recipes to meet brand standards.
- Engage customers with knowledge about beverages and respond to inquiries.
- Process orders and handle payments accurately.
- Innovate new drink recipes based on market trends.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and monitor product freshness.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment.
- Stock supplies as necessary and communicate with management regarding inventory.
Qualifications:
- High school qualification.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar barista role, preferably within a luxury brand or 5-star hotel.
- Strong command of the English language; Arabic skills are an advantage.
- Experience in coffee art and design, with a portfolio required.
- Knowledge of tea and beverage trends.
