Key Responsibilities
- Communicate sales targets to staff and motivate the team to achieve daily goals.
- Manage stock levels and coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure operational efficiency.
- Build rapport with customers to understand their service needs and enhance their experience.
- Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered in accordance with company standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Knowledge of cash handling, banking, and budget management.
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, with experience in retail IT systems.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in the retail or service industry.
