How It Works:
Upon entering the mall, cameras scan your vehicle’s number plate and log the entry time. If you exceed the free parking period, a notification will be sent to your registered mobile number with payment details.
Parking Charges:
- Mall of the Emirates:
- Free for up to 4 hours
- Dh20 for 4-5 hours
- Dh100 for over 8 hours
- City Centre Deira:
- Free for up to 3 hours
- Dh20 for 3-4 hours
- Dh150 for over 7 hours
Free Parking Hours:
- Mall of the Emirates: Free parking Monday to Friday for up to 4 hours.
- City Centre Deira: Free parking Monday to Saturday for up to 3 hours.
Validation for Free Parking:
Customers spending Dh150 or more can receive a full day of free parking by validating their receipts at customer service desks.
To avoid fines, it’s crucial to pay any outstanding charges within five days. If unpaid, a Dh150 fine will be applied after various reminders.
For convenient payments, users can utilize the Parkin app, which supports multiple payment methods and features an AutoPay option for frequent visitors.
