Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and specialty beverages.
- Greet customers warmly and take orders accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions with precision.
- Educate customers about coffee products and brewing methods.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate restocking needs.
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings and weekends.
