Official Visa Arrangements

Visas can be arranged through Hajj affairs offices located in 80 countries or via the Nusuk Hajj platform, which is designated for pilgrims from over 126 countries and allows for direct booking.

The ministry clarified that the only approved channels for domestic pilgrims—citizens and residents within the Kingdom—are the electronic portal on its website masar.nusuk.sa and the Nusuk app.

Caution Against Misleading Information

The ministry cautioned that any information or offers shared through unofficial channels are misleading and do not represent the ministry or relevant authorities.

It urged the public to verify information and be vigilant against false advertisements or fraudulent Hajj offers.

To assist pilgrims, the ministry provides 24-hour multilingual support through Guest Care Centers.

The Directorate of Public Security has announced that, effective April 23, expatriates without an official permit are prohibited from entering Makkah.

  • Residency Permit (Iqama) issued in Makkah
