Key Responsibilities
- Report to work punctually in the proper uniform.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Inform guests about hotel services and promotions.
- Take accurate guest orders and honor special requests.
- Process pre-ordered meals and upsell additional items.
- Enter guest orders using the Micros POS system.
- Communicate effectively with servers regarding incoming orders.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and organizational skills (Fluent in English).
- Must be reliable and responsible, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Previous experience in food and beverage is an asset but not required.
- Training on Micros will be provided.
