Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on kitchen and laundry equipment, including but not limited to ovens, dishwashers, refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, and steamers.
- Inspect and diagnose faults in electrical, mechanical, and operated kitchen and laundry equipment.
- Replace or repair faulty parts, such as motors, heating elements, bearings, and belts.
- Maintain proper documentation of maintenance activities and service reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certification in Electrical, Mechanical, or Refrigeration Engineering.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in kitchen and laundry equipment maintenance within the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen and laundry equipment brands (Rational, Electrolux, Hobart, etc.).
- Understanding of electrical wiring, and HVAC systems related to kitchen and laundry operations.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in hotel engineering maintenance.
