Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and perform maintenance on MEP systems, HVAC units, and lighting throughout the hotel.
- Address safety issues promptly and assist guests with inquiries regarding property facilities.
- Troubleshoot and repair non-operational equipment, ensuring all work orders are completed effectively.
- Maintain utility meter readings and report any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the Engineering Shift Leader to manage pending complaints and ensure timely resolutions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance roles, particularly in painting, plumbing, and electrical work, is preferred.
- Ability to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication skills in English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- A self-starter with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to excellent customer service.
