Key Responsibilities

• Ensure a high-quality, professional service to all guests during their arrival and departure.
• Diligently park and return customer vehicles, maintaining the security and safety of their property.
• Support the front desk team during peak periods by assisting with guest services.
• Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the parking and car handling areas.
• Monitor the car park to prevent unauthorized vehicles from occupying reserved spaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
• Excellent physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of luggage.
• Clean driving record and good knowledge of the local area.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
