Key Responsibilities
- Ensure a high-quality, professional service to all guests during their arrival and departure.
- Diligently park and return customer vehicles, maintaining the security and safety of their property.
- Support the front desk team during peak periods by assisting with guest services.
- Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the parking and car handling areas.
- Monitor the car park to prevent unauthorized vehicles from occupying reserved spaces.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of previous driving experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Excellent physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of luggage.
- Clean driving record and good knowledge of the local area.
- Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
