Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
- Greet and seat customers, serving them in a personalized manner.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of the food and beverage menu to assist guests effectively.
- Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
- Address customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards within the outlet.
- Prepare for service, ensuring minimum wastage and breakage.
- Utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and increase revenue.
Qualifications:
Ideal candidates should possess a diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
Previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress in a high-volume restaurant is preferred. A good command of English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
