Iftikhar Hamdani, area general manager of Bahi Ajman Palace, noted that hotels typically require between 1.2 and 1.5 employees per room, depending on the service level.
The report indicates that Dubai’s hospitality market continues to thrive, with a 9.1% increase in overnight visitors last year, totaling 17.15 million. In 2024, Dubai added 4,255 rooms across 19 hotels, maintaining a strong hotel occupancy rate of 78%.
