The NMO highlighted the dangers of sharing misleading information, hate speech, or defamatory content, all of which are subject to serious penalties under UAE law.

Sheikh Mohamed, the UAE President, reiterated that every citizen serves as an ambassador for the country and should contribute positively to its image.

The office encouraged responsible behavior among social media users and urged them to report any offensive or non-compliant content through official channels.

Additionally, it stressed the need for Emiratis to embody the high ethical standards set by the nation’s leadership, promoting constructive discourse and refraining from offensive language.
