- Enter Your Emirates ID Number: This is printed on the front of your Emirates ID card.
- Provide Updated Contact Information: Enter your new email and mobile number. A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your new mobile number for verification.
- Update Your Address (if necessary): Complete the captcha verification.
- Confirm Details and Make Payment: Review your information, confirm it, and proceed to the payment portal.

In-Person Updates for Major Changes
While updating mobile numbers and addresses can be done online, certain changes require a visit to an ICP customer happiness center. These include:
- Changing your surname (e.g., after marriage)
- Updating your occupation
- Changing the photograph on your Emirates ID
For these updates, a new Emirates ID will need to be printed.
Cost of Updates
The total fee for updating your contact details online is Dh150, which includes:
- Dh100 service fee
- Dh22 ICP fee
- Dh28 e-service fee
By following these steps, you can ensure that your Emirates ID reflects your current personal information, making your interactions with various services in the UAE seamless.
