Job Overview:
The Painter will be responsible for executing tasks on the preventive maintenance schedule as outlined in hotel plans. Key responsibilities include:

- Cleaning all work areas after completing tasks.
- Maintaining and properly storing all tools provided by the hotel.
- Participating in energy conservation programs.
- Suggesting cost-saving ideas to enhance efficiency in the Engineering Department.
Qualifications:
Candidates should have:
- Documented training from a technical or vocational institute.
- A minimum of 2 years of operational experience in a hotel engineering department.
- Strong knowledge in civil or painting work.
