Dubai: Private Sector Working Hours Reduced for Ramadan
The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation announced on Monday that private-sector employees will have their working hours reduced by two hours daily during Ramadan.

The Ministry emphasized that companies may adopt flexible or remote work arrangements based on their specific needs, as long as they adhere to the adjusted working hours.
In a related announcement, the UAE government outlined the official working hours for public sector employees: ministries and federal authorities will operate from 9 AM to 2:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, and from 9 AM to 12 PM on Fridays.
