Job Description:
As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for delivering friendly, fast, and efficient food & beverage service, ensuring that exceptional service standards are maintained. Your duties will include:
- Welcoming and greeting guests with a smile.
- Upselling food & beverage products professionally.
- Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them accurately to the kitchen and bar.
- Attending to guests’ reasonable requests promptly.
- Having thorough knowledge of the menu to answer any questions.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma.
- Previous service experience is an asset.
- Knowledge of Point-of-Sale systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic Food Safety Certificate.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
