Profit Financial

  • Drive, monitor, and review sales performance; recommend action plans to meet sales budgets.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to discuss category sales performance and improvement strategies.
  • Ensure execution of all programs to achieve sales targets for exclusive products.
  • Manage store OPEX budgets and recommend expense optimization plans.
  • Monitor shrinkage and ensure compliance with Retail Operating Standards.

Commercial

  • Review display implementation and stock replenishment.
  • Ensure timely inventory adjustments and compliance with service standards.
  • Handle product queries and complaints professionally.
  • Drive loyalty programs and selling techniques for target conversion rates.
  • Validate promotional and store activity implementations.

Process

  • Implement policies and internal control procedures as per SOP.
  • Monitor controllable expenses and manage inventory effectively.
  • Liaise with mall management and handle store documentation.

People

  • Plan and monitor Personal Development Plans for team members.
  • Identify and implement team learning interventions.
  • Conduct performance appraisals and implement employee engagement plans.
