Qualifications:
- Strong management and interpersonal skills to supervise staff and handle tenant relations effectively.
- Experience in property management, housing, or a related field is an advantage
- Ability to perform light physical tasks, such as walking the property, inspecting buildings, and lifting moderate weights.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions, both indoors and outdoors.
About The Job:
- Manage a team of housing staff, including maintenance workers, and other support personnel.
- Address heartist concerns, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.
- Ensure heartist comply with housing rules and regulations, handling conflicts or violations when necessary.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of housing units, ensuring that the facilities are safe, clean, and in good working order.
- Schedule regular inspections and maintenance checks.
- Coordinate emergency repairs and preventive maintenance efforts.
- Monitor and control operational costs, such as repairs, utilities, and supplies.
- Maintain accurate records of housing operations, including maintenance requests, heartist communications, financial reports, and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with the Talent and culture team for new hire onboardings
- Tasks listed but not limited to the above
- Work experience in the GCC region is a plus
