About The Job:
As a Painter, the individual will be part of a talented Engineering team responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the hotel’s facilities and equipment. A key responsibility will be responding to maintenance requests in guest rooms, public areas, and both the front and heart of the house to ensure the hotel is kept in top condition. The Painter will handle tasks such as patching and repairing sheetrock, painting, and applying vinyl wall coverings. Additional responsibilities will include water remediation, ceiling repair, and some marble restoration and floor tile repair. Candidates must have experience with sheetrock, spray painting, furniture painting and polishing, and vinyl wall covering, as well as basic troubleshooting skills in areas such as electricity and plumbing.

Requirements:
- Relevant educational degree
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guests
- International experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environments
- Desire to constantly learn and ambition to grow
- Ability to work under pressure
