Qualifications:
About you:
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent education
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist experience
- A brilliant multi – tasker
- Good organization and Time Management skills

- Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Application ( MS Word and Excel)
- Good English Communication Skills both in Oral and Written Fluent in Arabic both in Oral and Written is an advantage

Key accountabilities of the job:
As a Receptionist, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through:
- Providing us administration support for the smooth functioning on a daily basis of the office.
- Represents the team through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.
- Perform meet and greet to the visitors and directing them to the right personnel accordingly.
- Inform company personnel of visitor arrival.

- Attend telephone inquiries and transfer calls to the right staff
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring visitors logbook, and issuing visitors ID pass.
- Maintain the safety and tidiness of the reception area.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing and binding documents Receive documents and correspondences sending to the office.
