Job Description

To greet all guests, customers and members either by the Concierge Desk, the Lobby or by the Door.
To assist guests with their luggage in for both check-in and check-out.
To escort all guests to their assigned room/suite offering an overall orientation of the hotel facilities and the room key feature.
To follow property procedures for handling emergency situations (e.g. evacuations, medical emergencies, natural disasters).
To maintain awareness of undesirable persons on property premises.
To report work related accidents, or other injuries immediately upon occurrence to manager/supervisor
To follow company and department safety and security policies and procedures to ensure a clean, safe and secure environment.
To identify and correct unsafe work procedures or conditions and/or report them to management and security/safety personnel.
To protect the privacy and security of guests and co-workers.
To maintain confidentiality of proprietary materials and information
To ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean, hygienic, professional and in compliance with company policies and procedures.
To develop and maintain positive and productive working relationships with other employees and departments.
