Job Description

Handle guest check in and check out precedures efficiently and professionally.
Update guest profile in Opera after a complete check in.
Accountable for cashiering duties, foreign exchange transactions, night audits tasks and settlement upon Guests’ departure.
Utilize interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage the team; advocate sound financial/business decision-making; demonstrate honesty/integrity; always lead by example.
Builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.

Proficient in the English Language (verbal & written), second language is an asset
Previous experience and knowledge of Property Manager is an asset
Must be able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
