About the role:
The Hotel Reservation Agent is responsible for assisting and managing guests in planning and booking their reservations in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. You will provide prompt services and accurate information to ensure that the reservations system is updated.
You will handle guests and groups booking inquiry for hotel room reservation as well inquiry about the facilities of the hotel. You will process reservations inquiry coming from different channels such as fax machine, emails or calls as per the standard operating procedures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should have:
High School Qualification (e.g. O level, Year 10, min compulsory education.
Minimum of 2 years of job-related experience.
Fluency in both written and spoken English, good interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer application.
Strong personality, flexible and creative
Knowledge of Opera systems is a definite advantage.
