Job Purpose:
Responsible to manage security administration for SAP and maintain AuditBot. Perform tasks related to IT governance which includes Vendor SLA, Standard operating procedures and maintain ITIL standards for IT systems

What You Will Do
- Monitor and manage SAP ERP and SAP Fiori security administration
- Monitor and manage AuditBot Segregation of duties
- Monitor and manage vendor SLA matrix
- Maintain and adhere SOP for change management in SAP landscape
- Create users in SAP ERP
- Create users in SAP Fiori
- Disable users in SAP ERP
- Disable users in SAP Fiori
- Perform daily health checks for SAP ERP and SAP Fiori
- Monitor and manage database backups and VM health status
- Responding to service issues, analyzing and troubleshooting problems and prioritizing issues
- Analyzing different types of applications, database and operating systems logs and report RCA
- Documenting, archiving all correspondence and troubleshooting, follow up supplies visits and maintenance

Required Skills
- Min 5+ years of IT experience
- 3 years minimum experience in similar position
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines
- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communication’s.
- Self-motivated, detail oriented and organized.
- Effective verbal, presentation, time management and listening communication skills.
