Role Overview: Swimming Pool Technician
Be part of the pre‑opening engineering and maintenance team, responsible for delivering impeccable water facilities and guest-safe environments. Your work will directly shape the guest experience at this upscale destination.

Key Duties
- Perform routine maintenance and technical services on pools, spas, pumps, filters, and heaters.
- Test and balance water chemistry, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
- Keep pool areas pristine—skimming, vacuuming, and deck upkeep.
- Conduct inspections and repairs of pool equipment; manage part replacements.
- Safely handle and store chemicals per regulations.
- Accurately log maintenance tasks, water test results, and repairs.
- Provide courteous, responsive support for guest pool inquiries
Ideal Candidate Profile
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred; technical certifications a plus.
- Proven experience (including internships or vocational training) in pool maintenance—particularly for hospitality or leisure facilities.
- Solid understanding of water chemistry and safety protocols.
- Technical aptitude for handling mechanical equipment.
- Excellent attention to detail, record-keeping, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong teamwork skills and ability to interact professionally with guests.
