Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing linens and uniforms
- Stock carts, cleaning supplies, and linens as needed
- Deliver guest requests and provide exceptional customer service
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet high standards of quality and productivity
Requirements:
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
