Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional service in accordance with hotel standards.
• Greet and seat customers, serving them discreetly and personally.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the menu to assist guests effectively.
• Monitor the quality of food and beverages served.
• Address customer complaints and queries satisfactorily.
• Uphold hygiene and cleanliness standards in the outlet.
• Prepare for service through meticulous setup and organization.
• Minimize wastage and utilize upselling techniques to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a high-volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English and excellent guest service skills.
