Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role

- Proven experience in general maintenance and repair work
- Strong knowledge and skills in AC maintenance and service
- Experience in plumbing, masonry and painting
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Ability to work under pressure and in flexible hours
- Previous maintenance experience in hotels or resorts is preferred
