About the Job:

  • The Butler delivers bespoke experiences and services to meet guests’ needs at every stage of their journey, including pre-arrival, check-in, throughout their stay, and departure. Collaborating closely with other hotel departments, the Butler coordinates the efforts of Butler Valets and ensures that supporting teams are well-prepared to meet guest expectations.
  • Central to this role is building strong rapport with guests, proactively anticipating their needs, and taking action to fulfill them whenever possible.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
