Doha, Qatar: The Local Organising Committee (LOC) for the FIFA Intercontinental Cup Qatar 2024 has announced that Qatar is fully prepared to host the final three matches of this prestigious club competition.

Tickets will go on sale starting Thursday, November 21, with Visa cardholders receiving exclusive access to a pre-sale beginning on November 14.

The tournament will feature top club teams from around the globe competing for three titles from December 11 to 18. The matches include the FIFA Derby of the Americas on December 11, the FIFA Challenger Cup Qatar 2024 on December 14, and the FIFA Intercontinental Cup final on December 18.

Stadium 974 will host two of the matches, leading up to the highly anticipated final at the iconic Lusail Stadium, coinciding with the two-year anniversary of the historic FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 final. Both venues are fully accessible and provide a variety of seating options for fans with disabilities.

Participating teams include:

• Real Madrid CF (Spain), current UEFA Champions League holder
• Al Ahly SC (Egypt), winners of the 2024 CAF Champions League
• C.F Pachuca (Mexico), winners of the 2024 CONCACAF Champions Cup
• The yet-to-be-determined champion of the 2024 CONMEBOL Copa Libertadores

Fans can purchase up to six tickets per person. An official resale platform will be introduced at a later date, and only tickets bought through the official FIFA ticketing website will be valid.

Holding the final match at Lusail Stadium on December 18 will beautifully mark the two-year anniversary of what many consider the finest FIFA World Cup and the best final match to date.”
