Job Description

  • Implement various digital initiatives with internal/external partners, including customers to achieve process innovation, improve customer experience, and complement overall digital strategy.
  • · Develop project plans and lead activities at HO level for the project portfolio to promote enablement within the QR network, continually improve processes in scope, and ensure business resilience.
  • · Ensure high business digitalization rate for QR Cargo through automation and by measuring through various reporting tools the conversion of manual processes into electronic and ensuring network and customer compliance thereof.
  • · Advocate for key system enhancements gathered from customer and network feedback and proposing/leading business process improvements.
  • · Establish accountability to the project portfolio and securing sponsorship and funding for projects through business case justifications presented to executive leadership.
  • · Liaise with cross-functional technical, sales and other HO/regional teams and provide appropriate cost-effective digital solutions for projects in QR.
  • · Take ownership to ensure successful end to end delivery of digital projects, including hands-on involvement and overseeing all phases of the project (ideation, experience design, requirements, design, development, delivery and change management)
  • · Be a digital champion in the company – always finding creative ways to help improve processes using digital technologies, understand end users and drive adoption for the digital solution ecosystem in QR

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years job-related experience.
  • Experience in digital transformation, Digital Product Management, project management tools and platforms
  • Experience in Cargo / Logistic Operations Management, Digital Transformation in Airline and Supply Chain, Online Product Distribution, MIS, e-Commerce and relevant fields.
  • Experience in strategic Project Management, key customer interactions, network stakeholder relationship management, revenue and cost analysis, business process analysis, mapping and documentation, system implementation and development, and data analysis.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams (technical and business) to deliver digital solutions in an agile delivery environment
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Strong analytical thinking and advanced problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong mentoring and coaching skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA, ADO, and Tableau
  • Good understanding of air cargo operational processes and business systems.
  • Previous working experience in Salesforce based solutions is a strong plus
