Key Responsibilities
Financial
- Receive payments via cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Compute and record transactions with 100% accuracy.
- Count and record the float at the start and end of trading.
- Handle cash securely and maintain custody of collected cash.
Customer Service
- Ensure customer needs are met and provide attentive service.
- Work efficiently to minimize queues.
- Maintain clean and organized checkout areas.
- Ensure adequate stock of printed stationary is available.
