Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance across assigned areas (civil, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, automation, carpentry, masonry, HVAC, and painting) in accordance with company policies.
- Maintain a clean worksite during and after maintenance activities.
- Provide manual labor assistance, including excavation work, for both your department and others.
- Ensure all tasks are performed with minimal resource wastage.
- Keep track of all spare parts used and take responsibility for personal tools and equipment.
Qualifications
- Basic literacy and numerical skills, with a competent level of English communication.
- Experience in mechanical and civil maintenance and repair work, including painting and masonry.
- Ability to select appropriate tools necessary to complete tasks.
- Proficiency in assessing risks and following safety procedures.
