Plumber Technician: Experience: 6-8 years in the maintenance of kitchen equipment (valves, fittings, drainage systems, pumps).
BMS Operators: Experience: 3-5 years operating BMS systems (Honeywell, GE, JCI).
BMS Technician: Experience: 3-5 years maintaining and troubleshooting BMS systems.
AGL Technician: Experience: 3-5 years maintaining air ground lighting systems at airports.

MEP Supervisor: Experience: 6-8 years in facilities maintenance as a supervisor, with 2-3 years in a hospital setting.
Specialties: Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC
MV/HV Technician: Experience: 3-5 years managing high voltage systems.
Generator Technician: Experience: 3-5 years in the maintenance of all types of generators.
ELV Technician: Experience: 6-8 years in the maintenance of Extra Low Voltage systems (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Lighting Control System, CBS, Access Control).
