The park has undergone extensive renovations, including repaired walkways, newly installed fitness equipment for adults, and updated play areas for children. Amenities such as prayer rooms, a barbecue area, restrooms, a central event square, and an artificial lake have also been added.

With 70% green coverage, the park contributes to climate improvement, lowers temperatures, and helps reduce carbon emissions. Ashghal, which developed the new park on the site of the former park established in the late 1980s, has made efforts to preserve existing plants and perennial trees.
