How to Get Five Free Journeys on Doha Metro
Doha Metro & Lusail Tram have launched a new promotion offering five complimentary journeys for travelers who register their Travel Card.
This offer is available starting today, September 15, 2024, and will run until December 15, 2024.
To take advantage of this promotion, travelers must register their Travel Card during the specified period. Upon registration, they will automatically receive the five free journeys at the end of the campaign, as detailed on the Doha Metro & Lusail Tram website.
Doha Metro & Lusail Tram have outlined details regarding their promotion of five complimentary journeys for those registering a Travel Card.
Offer Details
- Validity: The five complimentary journeys will be valid for three months after activation.
- Activation Requirement: To benefit from the complimentary journeys, travelers must activate their registered Travel Card by tapping it at a Doha Metro gate or a Lusail Tram validator within one month of the promotion.
Registration Process
For Current Users:
- Log in via the Qatar Rail website or app.
- Navigate to “Manage Travel Card,” select “Add Card,” and enter the last 11 digits of your Travel Card number.
For New Users:
- Register for an account through the Qatar Rail website or app.
- Follow the same steps as current users to add your Travel Card.
Important Notes
- The offer is limited to one Travel Card per registered email and only applies to newly registered top-up Travel Cards.
- It is valid for Standard and Goldclub Travel Cards, but does not include Travel Cards associated with other products such as monthly, weekly, or promotional options.
- The five complimentary journeys are nonrefundable.
