Qatar Auction: Cars and Properties on Sale

Qatar’s Supreme Judiciary Council has announced an auction featuring 84 cars of various brands and 20 properties, scheduled for Sunday, September 15, 2024.

Cars Auction

The car auction will commence at 4 PM Doha time and will showcase a range of world-renowned brands, including Toyota, Chevrolet, GMC, and Porsche.

Starting Bid Prices: Ranging from QR 500 to QR 50,000.

Highlighted Listings:

  • Chevrolet Camaro and GMC Sierra with starting bids of QR 7,000.
  • Toyota Land Cruiser VXR starting at QR 15,000.

Each vehicle listing on the app will feature photos, a detailed condition report, and specifications, along with a map for inspection.

How to Register for the Car Auction

Registration: Participants must register through the Court Mzadat app using a valid Qatari ID and phone number. Approval may take up to 24 hours.

Bid Deposit: A refundable insurance deposit is required:

  • QR 5,000 for items with an opening bid below QR 100,000.
  • QR 25,000 for items with an opening bid exceeding QR 100,000.

Inspection Requests: Vehicle inspections can be arranged via the app or by calling 40093636.

Payment Timeline: Successful bidders must complete payment within 24 hours for items under QR 100,000, and within 48 hours for items exceeding QR 100,000.

Transfer of Ownership: Vehicles will be transferred to the buyer within three working days.

Participants are encouraged to review the comprehensive list of terms and conditions available in the app before registering.

Properties Auction

Alongside the cars, 20 properties will also be auctioned on the same date, starting at 9 AM Doha time.

Each property listing on the app will include photos, location details, and building plans.

How to Participate in the Property Auction

Deposit Requirement: Users must place a refundable insurance deposit of QR 250,000 through the app or via cash deposit into the council’s account.

Payment Guidelines: Buyers must complete payments in accordance with Article (487), covering expenses and registration fees via deposit or bank transfer to the court’s account.

Property Registration: A letter will be issued to the Real Estate Registry Department to register the property under the buyer’s name 15 days after payment completion.
