Requirements:
- Minimum 2- 3 years experience with a similar position in a 5-star Hotel or similar organization
- Interpersonal written and verbal communication skills
- Previous experience is an asset •
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times

Job Responsibilities:
- Records daily log readings of cold rooms and refrigerators, ensuring proper operation of equipment.
- Attends to repair and maintenance of refrigeration equipment, such as chillers, walk-in cold room freezers, and other commercial/industrial refrigeration equipment.
- Attends preventive maintenance, repair, and maintenance of air conditioning equipment such as air handling units, Split A/C units, package units, and fan coil units.
- Assist the Repair and maintenance Engineer in preparing spare parts list for the refrigeration and air conditioning equipment.
- Complies with Hotel health, safety & hygiene policy.
- Attends to all types of repair & maintenance work in the Hotel premises including any new additions/extensions to the Hotel.
- Ensures that plant rooms, workshop, and related areas are kept in clean condition.
- Participate in Hotel energy conservation program
- Support and initiate programs for the improvement of procedures on the environment and reduction of energy and utility costs to control global warming.
- Responsible for ensuring that the supplied uniforms are clean and in good repair. Unless it is an emergency, ensure a clean and tidy appearance before entering a guest area and if necessary change into a clean uniform
- Responsible for assisting other personnel in carrying out other engineering duties as may be required by the Assistant Chief Engineer and according to need.
