Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing meal ingredients for the cook, which includes washing, peeling, cutting, and slicing ingredients.
- Retrieving ingredients from storage areas (refrigerator, freezer, stockroom)
- Measuring ingredients according to the cook’s instructions
- Clearing plates, bowls, and glasses, and disposing of leftovers
- Ensuring the kitchen remains clean and organized
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Proven experience helping in kitchen settings.
