Job Type: Permanent, Full time

Knowledge of paint, varnish, stain, enamels, lacquers, wall coverings, masonry work and other related products.
Knowledge on the application and mixing procedures of such products.
Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including small hand tools
Previous experience working in hotel setting is desirable (not mandatory)

Prepare, paint & maintain building structures and hotel facilities
Use techniques and tools including, but not limited to, measuring surfaces, mixing paint, matching paint and using brushes, rollers and spray-guns.
Maintain and repair caulked, grouted, wood and masonry surfaces requiring staining, varnishing and lacquering
Ensure that all equipment is maintained and in good working order
Ensure deadlines are met and record all tasks performed, both complete and incomplete
Ensure safe manual handling techniques and safe work habits are practiced
