Job Description

Train staffs and ensure the standard of service and cleanliness are maintained as per HACCP standard
Supervise service and interact with guests to ensure their needs are attended to in the best possible manner
Ensure beverages security and minimum stock level are maintained at all times
Coordinate with all relevant departments to ensure smooth operations
Check areas to ensure that facilities are thoroughly cleaned and tables and chairs are appropriately set out
Discuss operational difficulties & recommendation for promoting food & beverage outlets with line manager
Train staffs in Safety, SOP, CCP and Hygiene
Ensure adequate staffing to the service lines and control the portioning to the customers
Check areas ensuring facilities are adequately cleaned and maintained in a neat and tidy manner
Ensure that suite of furniture and linens at dining area are maintained
Ensure glassware, crockery, cutlery, service trays, cruet sets and food menu meet the Dining Services standard at all times
Ensure that every individual staff meet the grooming standard at workplace with clean shaved/trimmed hair and beard
Perform regular inventory audits of crockery, cutlery, linen, glassware and beverage stocks and provide the feedback to the management
Co-ordinate with Cafeteria Manager for general cleanliness as well as maintenance and repairs of Dining Services equipment
Provide direct ‘hands-on’ approach at all times to deliver quality, prompt food service as needed during busy schedules

University Qualification with minimum 1 years relevant experience OR High School Qualification with minimum 2 years relevant experience
